Abstract
Drei Stränge und zwei Ionen: Beim Aufbau eines Tri‐G‐Quadruplexes aus den drei DNA‐Strängen T1–T3 wurden durch Duplexbildung unter Zusatz von Li+‐Ionen die G‐reichen Abschnitte nahe zueinander gebracht (siehe Schema). Die definierte G‐Quadruplex‐Struktur, die nach Zugabe von Na+‐Ionen entstand, wurde gelelektrophoretisch und spektroskopisch charakterisiert.
